Today is McKinley's 5th birthday and last night we celebrated with a yummy spaghetti dinner, ice skating downtown, and cake and presents with the family... The dinner was of course delicious and homemade by Lindsey and after dinner we bundled up and went downtown to the Galivan Center and went ice skating! I guess McKinley has been asking to do this since last January for her birthday so we went and it was a blast :)

The group... Believe it or not McKinley actually did pretty good on the skates, just had a little trouble with the photo...
After we were practically frozen we went back to the house, opened presents and had yummy cake and ice cream...
She got a little digital camera from my parents...
and she got her first American girl doll from Mike and Lindsey and was so excited...
She requested the version of the birthday song "you look like a monkey" so we sang that to her and of course the cake was delicious and we had a fun night!!!
It is so hard to believe this little peanut is already 5! I love her so much and her little personality is such a hoot...
