My brother ran another marathon this morning and did and awesome job! I am so proud of him and all of the energy and commitment he puts into making sure he does his best... He ran the Salt Lake marathon and it ended at the Gateway and was such a fun finish line! We were able to see him and cheer for him for quite a ways and I must say we get the award for loudest cheering section!!! Mike has been off sugar, treats, soda, and anything else like it and so for his reward he has been planning a sequence of treats he was going to let himself eat for the first time in a year... Coke, mint turtle pie from Baskin Robbins, more coke, cookies, and anything else he could convince us to make him!!!

After the race... eating 1/4 of his pie... The kids were so excited for him to finish this one, mostly because of all the goodies they knew they were going to get after :)

When I left he was looking and feeling great! I could hardly tell he had just ran a marathon... GO MIKE!!!!
